| How to Cancel | You can cancel a paid plan at any time from the settings screen (Billing / Customer Portal). Cancellation takes effect on the next renewal date, and you may continue to use the service until then. Auto-renewal can also be stopped from the same screen. |
| Returns / Cancellation | Due to the nature of digital services, returns or refunds after purchase confirmation are generally not available. However, in the event of service outage attributable to us, we will provide a refund or service extension corresponding to the outage period. |
